Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly prior to making a purchase from our website. The customer fully understands that they are purchasing a product that is not evaluated by the FDA. In compliance with the Federal Farm Bill of 2018, our products may include trace amounts of THC (0.3% or less). We make no claims of any products treating or curing any conditions and are in complete compliance with the FDA regulations. When purchasing our products, you do so at your own merit. We suggest that you seek medical advice before trying any of Naked Nectar’s products.

All conditions, sales and use will be eradicated to the laws of North Carolina (United States Of America). If any dispute between the purchaser and the company should happen, it shall be governed by the state of North Carolina; not withstanding any principles of the conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be agreed upon by both parties and take place within the state and federal courts of North Carolina.

The terms constitute the entire agreement among individuals relating to subject matter. The items that appear on this site shall be governed by the state of North Carolina, not withstanding the foregoing of or addition of terms. If any of these terms of use are not enforceable, void or unlawful, that section will be deemed as breached and will not affect the validity of any remaining provisions. Your purchase means you fully understand the return policy and agree to these terms of sale and use.

Shipping Damages

Customer satisfaction is our main priority at Naked Nectar. All shipments are thoroughly inspected during the packaging process. Claims of damaged products must be made within 48 hours of arrival to purchaser. Please contact us immediately to rectify the situation.

*As of 7/2023, we are NOT able to ship THCA product to the following states: California, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

THCA flower products are considered totally legal under federal law, but the product type is still banned in a number of states.  While cannabis laws have been changing a lot lately in different states, a state in which it’s currently illegal may legalize it in the near future, and vice versa.  So, consider checking up on your state’s hemp laws regularly to see whether or not THCA flower products remain legal or illegal where you live, because you never know what future legislation has in store
